By downloading, accessing, or using Sadhak, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. User accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information when registering.
• You may use the app as a Guest without an account, with limited features.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse features.

3. Acceptable use

• Use Sadhak for personal, non-commercial spiritual practice.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

4. Community guidelines

• Be respectful to fellow sadhaks and all faiths and communities.
• No hate speech, harassment, spam, or explicit content.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Content & intellectual property

Scriptural and devotional texts are drawn from public-domain and traditional sources. App design, code, and original content are the property of Sadhak. Deity artwork is public-domain (e.g. Raja Ravi Varma). You may not redistribute the app's original assets without permission.

6. User-generated content

• You retain ownership of content you post (notes, posts, uploads).
• By posting to the community, you grant us a licence to display it within the app.
• You are responsible for the content you share and its legality.

7. Disclaimer

Panchang timings, grooming guidance, and Vastu/Jyotish information are provided for traditional and educational reference. They are computed to a high degree of accuracy but are not a substitute for a qualified priest, astrologer, or professional advice. Use your own judgement and your family's parampara.

8. Limitation of liability

Sadhak is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sadhak after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version always lives at this page.
